Facial Massage

Our faces reflect the busy lives we lead, pent up emotions, thoughts and tension may cause facial muscles to tighten. This may result in clenched teeth, sinus problems and headaches, reducing the vibrant appearance of our face.

This incredibly relaxing, facial massage starts by gently cleansing the face, followed by a massage to the top of the the shoulders and neck releasing tension helping relax you into the treatment.

Flowing onto the face, pressure points are gently stimulated. Slowly massaging deeper into the muscles aids the release of muscles and connective tissue.

An arm and hand massage completes this relaxing treatment balancing body systems thoughts and emotions. If desired a head massage can also be incorporated into the treatment.
